What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at Pursuit?
Our external client, one of the fastest-growing medical diagnostics companies in the country specializing in rapid PCR testing, is looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager for their growing team in the San Diego area.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Base salary monthly uncapped commissions (Y1 OTE $158k with current existing business - with growth could be up to $160k - $200k !)
- Top reps making $200k

- Remote when not in the field (majority of time will be client-facing)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of Medical/Healthcare sales experience required (DME, specialty pharma, or service-based sales backgrounds preferred)
- Experience with the following call points strongly preferred: Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Primary Care, Family Care, OBGYN, Internal Medicine, etc.
- Lab sales experience also strongly preferred
- Must have proven and documented sales success
- Must live in or near San Diego, CA
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
