Overview:
We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented individual that can wear multiple hats.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Must be willing to assist with walk-in customers, prepare quotes, assist with the powder coating operational responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors and interacting with customers.
- Provide personal assistant support to the CEO
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, office management and confidential information
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with data entry processes
- Prior experience in a small business is a plus
