Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform setup, calibration, and adjustments of machines as required, including lathes and other fabrication equipment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct routine maintenance.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
- Employ precision measuring tools such as calipers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to minimize risks in the workplace.
- Assist in CAM programming for automated machinery, ensuring efficient production processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery operations.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and production workflows.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required.
- Knowledge of Fanuc programming or similar CNC systems is advantageous.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents effectively.
- Competence in using precision measuring tools such as calipers for quality control.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
