As an HRIS Analyst you will be involved in analyzing and maintaining ADP; our data management system. You will be crucial in ensuring the company's HR system functions smoothly. This includes monitoring system usage, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing changes to optimize system performance.
The Contract HRIS Analyst must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, provide technical support to HR staff, managing data conversions and interface development, and creating various reports and dashboards. The HRIS Analyst must have excellent technical and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Perform data analysis and reporting activities to provide insights for HR operations.
- Update and maintain ADP to ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on HRIS solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot HR software to optimize performance and ensure accuracy.
