We have an immediate opening for a Management Analyst to support our client on-site at their location in Bethesda, MD.
\n- Coordinate staff project’s weekly and monthly status reports.
- Perform planning functions for project reviews.
- Attend meeting and draft/generate meeting reports and distribute to the team for review and comment, incorporate comments and distribute final report.
- Collect and document action items and distribute reports/track action items/action item resolutions.
- Support the development and updates of project schedules. Assist in implementation of suggestion and action item resolutions.
- Analyzing excel financial spreadsheets and word documents.
- Develop plans and agenda for projects meetings. Organize and make arrangements for business meetings.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
- Must have experience with Smartsheet as a Project Management tool.
- Task management for staff workflows,
- Excellent Powerpoint skills, including preparing and presenting presentations.
- Experience with entire Microsoft Office/Teams Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project Management).
- Experience with Sharepoint
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills.
Candidate will be required to complete a position of trust background investigation.
