Upon contract award, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for a team of personnel working both onsite with the government and in our offices.
\n- Providing programmatic and technical support services including managing projects at all levels while developing, updating, and maintaining paper legacy Technical Manuals (TMs) and digitally formatted TMs including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
- Program support will include researching approved online databases and tracking assigned projects from start to Fleet distribution.
- Responsible for all facets of the project including customer management, team management, tasking, deliverable and budget management.
- Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline, preferably Engineering or Computer Science
- Ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager, to include contract and sub-contract management, customer support, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, product delivery, and progress reports.
- Six (6) years of experience in managing engineering/IT projects involved in design, test, maintenance, operation, or support of Naval Ship HM&E, Electronic and Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment
- Four (4) years of working experience in engineering/IT and logistics projects involving maintenance of Naval Ship HM&E and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.
- Experience with developing, modifying, and reviewing Naval shipboard technical documentation.
- Experience with managing engineering/information technology (IT) projects at a high level in support of maintenance, repair, testing, product improvement, and/or alteration of Naval Ship Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.
This position requires the candidate to have/obtain a government security clearance to the level of SECRET.
