What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Supervisor position at PUSH, Inc.?
The Account Supervisor oversees a portfolio of clients, managing scope and the strategic and business relationship between the client and the agency. The Supervisor will help oversee and lead members of the Account Management team, Account Coordinator through Account Executive, in the day-to-day tasks to fulfill branding, marketing and advertising initiatives. Additionally, Supervisors are responsible for working collaboratively with all agency departments to ensure smooth execution of all agency services on behalf of the client to foster relationship and business growth for both parties.
If hired, position requires full-time residence in Orlando, Florida, and will be able to work on a hybrid work schedule : Monday & Tuesday remote, Wednesday through Friday, in-office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Account Team members to ensure day-to-day project tasks of routing feedback as well as ongoing growth opportunities
- Provide guidance and strategic input and project leadership for projects and initiatives including but not limited to brand, advertising and marketing campaign efforts and plans
- Manage high-level expectations and relationships between client and agency teams
- Manage and oversee scope
- Oversee all project initiatives and ensure work is on-strategy and meeting project and / or business goals
- Guide internal and client teams through challenging business situations
- Proactively bring to light any avenues for client growth and / or out-of-scope project opportunities, when necessary / appropriate
- Work closely with Creative, Traffic and Media team leads to ensure client goals and timelines are met effectively and fairly
- Oversee billing process and client budgets ensuring accurate and fair management of funds
- Support creative team in selling campaign assets and ensure all deliverables align with the brief and strategic business expectations
- Lead overall client strategy and execute client planning sessions on quarterly or annual basis
- Understand and monitor client business and related industries to maintain understanding of competitive landscape
- Review and provide feedback on creative work before team shares with clients to alignment on strategic objectives and business goals
- Write and conduct annual reviews of junior to mid-level direct report Account Management team members
- Draft proposals, SOWs and support any new business efforts, where necessary
