We currently have a full-time position available for a retail sales associate/ management trainee. A successful candidate will be a proactive, driven, self-starter with a deep desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. A college degree, sales experience and a fitness background are the preferred qualities we look for, but anyone who is energetic and good at building lasting relationships should apply.
This full-time position has a pay structure with a guaranteed hourly rate plus commission. There is also a variety of potential bonuses and incentives for excelled performance. A typical first year employee will make between $33,000 and $53,000 but there is no limit to those with drive and imagination. The pay structure also includes a benefits package including medical, dental, life and 401K.
