Pushkin's is opening a new location in the Arden area, and we are looking for team members with a fun, enthusiastic attitude that appreciate a professional, busy and communicative work environment! We are looking for individuals that love customer service. As a gluten free bakery and restaurant we cater to a lot of food sensitivities and allergies and prioritize menu knowledge and ingredient comprehension. We have a full espresso bar and make everything in house both for all of our menus (espresso, savory foods, sandwiches and baked goods). The ability to multi-task and remain kind and patient in the face of high volume is a must.

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high volume environment

- Open availability and flexibility- weekend availability is a must

- Working clean and following all sanitation rules

- Great customer service
- Barista Experience preferred but not required
- Kitchen prep experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming customers the moment they walk in the door
- Taking orders and answering questions
- Food Running
- Espresso bar
- Menu understanding and expertise
- Provide legendary guest service to every one of our guests
- Phone orders
- Assist with kitchen and espresso prep (syrups, sauces, etc.)
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Maintaining stock of the bakery cases
- Weekly cleaning and sanitation duties
- Dishes when needed
