The Director of Sales, leads our Enterprise sales teams focused on churches 700 in average weekly attendance. The Director of Sales, supports the Vice President of Sales by executing on an account based sales model overseeing territories across the US.
The Director of Sales works with AEs who are prospecting churches in the US to ensure the sales process is working to qualify and close prospects. The Director of Sales is responsible for leveraging the Resi sales methodologies to generate and close new business opportunities.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary. - Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
- Own and exceed new business sales targets for the enterprise team
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handles discipline in accordance with company policy

- Compensation Range: $130,000 - $140,000, excluding commission
What You’ll Do
- Develop strategic and consistent territories to support commission based sales
- Monthly travel to customer locations to support in closing prospects
- Develop strong internal relationships with supporting teams
- Supporting the Vice President of Sales by helping the sales teams to drive larger deal transactions
- Responsible for making sure the sales teams are fully staffed and adhering to hiring plans
- Engage in customer interactions and play an active role in closing deals
- Provides detailed and accurate sales forecasting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Coach and support team members, managing performance and career development
- Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management to ensure the AEs are getting enough opportunities from the SDRs
- Meet with Vice President of Sales to understand strategy and implement at an operational level
- College degree, including some coursework in business, math or statistics; MBA or JD is preferred, but not required
- 5-7 years of sales experience in a SaaS company, with 2-3 years in sales management
- Experience selling complex deals into larger organizations
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and scaling regional sales teams
- Superb presentation and negation skills
- Experience in performance analysis for sales optimization
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
