Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Supply Chain Director, Project Management team and Production Leadership team to accurately and efficiently coordinate WIP opening and reconciling.

· Assist Production leadership in the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility:

o Follow production schedule to maintain an adequate supply of WIPS.

o Reconcile WIPS when a job is completed

o Document, investigate report any discrepancies.

o Work with warehouse to insure only necessary WIPS are on the floor

o Verify the correct number of WIPS are opened for each job

o Complete necessary paperwork.

o Oversee WIP inventory

· Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.

· Lead and supervise a team of Team Leaders and operators in the WIP opening process

· Communicate all discrepancies, damages, concerns with Warehouse Manager.

· Oversee inventory levels coordinating with the Warehouse and Production teams to ensure an adequate stock level to meet the production schedule.

· Assist with year-end physical inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent minimal; education or certification in logistics or warehouse preferred.

· Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing role.

· Proficiency in operation of forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment; Certifications preferred.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Experience with MRP/ERP preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
