Status: Full-Time. 2nd Shift

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers.
• Provide training on company safety, quality, and handbook policies to plant employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Review and approve time off requests.
• Understand company Quality Management System and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Understand the Production Schedule and relevant Work Orders
• Set expectations and objectives with direct reports, understand, communicate objective and track line performance.
• Coordinate labor and materials so jobs start on-time.
• Report daily productivity and outcomes to Production Manager.
• Maintain a safe and clean shop floor.
• Coordinate needs to Production Manager and Operations Manager.
• Understand how to read Factory Cards/ Work Instruction and explain to production personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent minimal.
• 2yrs. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferrable.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for managing inventory, production planning, and supply chain operations preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, which may include lifting 40lbs and may include standing for extended periods.
• Bi-lingual English – Spanish/Portuguese preferred yet not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
