Opportunity Description:
Take your career global as a Warehouse worker with Pusterla US, Inc. As the Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse: ensuring efficient and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials; accurate data entry into the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system; and oversee inventory levels of stock items. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain and Project Management team and Production Leadership to ensure on-time coordination of raw materials and finished goods to-and-from the Production Floor. You will be critical to maintaining a smooth workflow and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. · Able to work alternate shift hours an evening or night shift after training period.

· Has forklift certification or experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Responsibilities:
· Work with the Production Leadership Team to accurately and efficiently coordinate incoming and outgoing materials and products.
· Assist Production leadership in the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility:
o Supply and loan materials and components to running workstations.
o Remove excess/unused materials and components after line purgation.
o Receive, store, and enter to inventory all finished goods.
· Assist with inbound and outgoing shipments.
o Receive and unload freight.
o Follow inspection procedures.
o Complete necessary paperwork.
o Maintain pallet inventory.
· Assist with the operation of warehouse equipment by direct reports, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.
· Keep the warehouse organized and safe.
· Assist in maintaining a clean and safe shop floor.
· Assist with year-end physical inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent minimal; education or certification in logistics or warehouse preferred.
· Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing role preferable.
· Proficiency in operation of forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment; Certifications preferred.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Experience with MRP/ERP preferred.
· Must be able to lift 50lbs.
· Able to stand for duration of shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
