Immediate full-time position. Pustover Financial Services, an established and growing financial advisory and wealth management firm, is now accepting applications for an organized, accurate, and persistent individual to join our team as a licensed operations associate. You will be working with a customer-focused, helpful, and collaborative small team.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Team Support:
· Attend, observe, and participate in routine team meetings
· Learn our firm objectives, values, and culture and deliver aligned/appropriate communications and service
· Continually prioritize and re-prioritize personal tasks, client service, and business objectives
· Understand our business, client profiles, & service offerings
· Provide helpful ideas and input on firm process improvements and client service delivery
· Project a professional appearance, attitude, and mindset that aligns with our values
Client Service and Solutions:
- Follow-up communication to smooth the process and enrich their experience
- Support ongoing efforts for growth with new and existing clients.
- Research and resolve client service tasks
Administrative:
- Complete new account paperwork accurately and quickly
- Monitor processes of account changes, transfers, investments, etc. to be sure they are working through to completion
- Make client updates in our CRM and across multiple software platforms
- Keep organized and up-to date filing system
- Assist with creating and analyzing global reports to help advise clients
- Stay up to date with and ensure administrative compliance
Planning and Prep:
- Data input and analysis using investment and financial software and spreadsheets
- Proactively look for ways to communicate with and help our clients
- Assist other advisors by helping prepare for meetings and planning sessions
- Assist with reviewing current client plan success and objectives to prepare advisors for plan reviews with clients
- Help create or acquire digital information and communication content, approval, distribution

REQUIREMENTS:
· FINRA License required
· CFP, FPQP, not required but preferred
· Enrolled in certification / designation program preferred
· 2 years of previous experience in the financial services industry required / 3 years preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
· Quick learner of new technologies. Knowledge of industry websites such as: Redtail, Financial Planning Software & Pershing are a plus
COMPENSATION:
· Salary $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience
· Short & Long term disability
