TITLE :
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Current state license to practice as a LPN in the state of Oklahoma
- Licensure is in good standing
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years nursing experience in pediatrics and / or students with disabilities
- Current Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Prefer computer literacy and competency in use of existing technology
REPORTS TO :
Principal, Health Services Coordinator, and Supervising Nurse (RN)
SUPERVISES : JOB GOAL :
To assist health services staff in providing necessary medical care to students as assigned by the Executive Director of Special Services and / or the Health Services Coordinator.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES :
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT :
Nine-month basis. Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION :
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy.
