What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biotech Analyst position at Putnam Investments?
Analyst within Putnam’s Healthcare team, responsible for covering biotechnology across different market caps. The Analyst will work closely with fellow analysts on the team, communicate sector views, and work with portfolio managers to act on team sector/subsector views and stock recommendations.
- MBA and/or CFA, or equivalent work experience
- 3-7 years of analyst experience with biotech coverage
- Outstanding financial, analytical, quantitative, fundamental, strategic, and communication skills are required
- Ambitious, driven, aggressive in building a collectively strong track record
