Duties: Putnam|Northern Westchester BOCES anticipates a vacancy for a Full-Time Science Kit Assembler (SKA). Duties of position include, but are not limited to:Assembly and disassembly of educational science kits used in support of the curriculum developed for use in school districts.Receiving and storing inventory needed in the preparation of science kits.Loading and unloading trucks for delivery and receipt of materials.Assisting in the preparation for shipping or delivery of science kits to districts.Qualifications: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma. Must be physically able to perform job related duties, including lifting 40 lbs. and climbing ladders. Must speak and read English fluently. Must qualify through Westchester Civil Service.
