Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Position Summary :

• Full-Time or Part-Time Availability for Licensed Practical Nurses.
• You will provide essential daily support to unit leadership and respond promptly to the needs of residents and their families within the LPN scope of practice.
• Utilize your nursing judgment, skills, and experience to prioritize and deliver high-quality direct resident care, ensuring safety and quality at all times.
• Administer standard nursing treatments and medications while monitoring residents for any desired or unwanted effects.
• Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate effectively with team members to update and revise the Nursing Care Plan based on findings including lab / test results, incidents, and concerns.
• Document vital signs, treatments, and residents' responses diligently.
• Oversee and evaluate the delivery of care, organizing and monitoring CNA assignments based on the needs of residents and the competencies of personnel.
