Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Position Summary :

• Available for Full-Time or Part-Time schedules.
• Provide essential support to unit leadership and promptly address resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
• Utilize nursing processes and judgment to prioritize and deliver high-quality direct resident care, ensuring safety and quality.
• Administer standard nursing treatments and medications while observing residents for any effects, both desired and unwanted.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with care team members to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan based on resident needs, lab results, and any pertinent findings.
• Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
• Oversee the organization and delivery of care provided by CNAs, ensuring it aligns with residents' needs and staff competence.
