Position Summary for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
- We are seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
- As an LPN, you will support unit leadership and respond effectively to the needs of residents and their families, ensuring care falls within your professional scope.
- Utilizing nursing judgment and skills, you will prioritize and deliver high-quality direct resident care, promoting safety and well-being.
- Your responsibilities will include administering medications and standard nursing treatments, while closely monitoring for any effects or changes in residents' conditions.
- You will maintain open communication and collaborate with the care team to keep Nursing Care Plans up to date with relevant findings including lab results and resident concerns.
- Accurate documentation of vital signs, administered treatments, and residents' responses will be essential.
- Additionally, you will prepare, oversee, and evaluate the care provided by CNAs, aligning tasks with residents' needs and staff competencies.
