Position Summary for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
- Full-Time or Part-Time Availability as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Provide essential daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
- Utilize nursing processes and skills to prioritize and deliver high-quality direct care to residents, ensuring safety and quality.
- Administer standard nursing treatments and medications while observing residents for desired or adverse effects.
- Communicate and collaborate with care team members to update the Nursing Care Plan and report any pertinent findings.
- Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and resident responses.
- Prepare, oversee, and evaluate the delivery of care by CNA assignments, considering the needs of the residents and competencies of personnel.
