Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary :

• Full-Time or Part-Time availability for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
• Support unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within your scope of practice.
• Utilize nursing processes, judgement, and skills to prioritize and deliver quality direct care to residents.
• Administer standard nursing treatments and medications while monitoring residents for desired or adverse effects.
• Communicate and collaborate with care team members to update Nursing Care Plans based on findings, including lab results and incidents.
• Document vital signs, treatments, and resident responses accurately.
• Oversee and evaluate the care provided by CNAs, ensuring it meets the needs of residents and aligns with staff competency.
