Quality Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician & Quality Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience (5 years preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, experience with blueprint reading, vision systems programming and calibration to ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills
•    Perform inspections on products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards; FAI, First Piece, In-Process and Final Inspections 
•    Utilize GD&T, blueprints and technical drawings to verify dimensions and specifications.
•    Operate and program vision inspection systems/CMM to conduct automated inspections.
•    Document and report non-conformances and work with production teams to resolve issues.
•    Maintain accurate inspection records and follow quality control procedures.
•    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality processes.
•    Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection (5 years preferred).
•    Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
•    Experience with vision programming for automated inspections and programming.
•    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
•    Ability to use measurement tools such as micrometers, gauges, tool scopes and Vision/CMM Systems
•    Proficiency in quality control standards and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
•    Familiarity with ISO standards, SPC, GD&T and Quality Software Systems
•    Experience in a manufacturing or production environment in medical device industry, precision manufacturing, aerospace
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•    Experience with Industry Standards; ISO, FDA Regulations
•    Bi-lingual a plus but not required
