Puttery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Hospitality to lead the activation, marketing, and operational efficiency for our New York and Miami venues. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for guest experience, operational excellence, and brand activation. The VP of Hospitality will play a critical role in enhancing the Puttery experience by driving innovative hospitality strategies, streamlining operations, and maximizing profitability in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Venue Activation & Brand Experience : Oversee the launch and continued engagement strategies for Puttery venues in New York and Miami, ensuring a vibrant and unique customer experience.
Marketing & Brand Growth : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute localized campaigns that drive foot traffic, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer loyalty.
Operational Excellence : Develop and implement best practices to optimize workflows, enhance service standards, and ensure operational efficiency in both locations.
Revenue Growth & Profitability : Identify new revenue opportunities, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control strategies to improve profitability.
Guest Experience & Customer Satisfaction : Foster a customer-centric culture that enhances service quality, maximizes guest satisfaction, and drives repeat business.
Leadership & Team Development : Lead, mentor, and inspire hospitality teams to achieve excellence in service delivery, staff engagement, and overall performance.
Partnerships & Community Engagement : Establish local partnerships and sponsorships to drive community involvement and enhance brand reputation.
Compliance & Safety : Ensure all hospitality operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications & Experience :

10 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food & beverage industries.

Proven track record of successfully leading multi-venue operations, particularly in highly competitive markets like New York and Miami.

Strong background in venue activation, brand marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

Demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial performance management.

Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Experience with digital marketing, influencer engagement, and event programming is a plus.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Working Conditions :

Desk-based environment 100% on site.

Regular use of computer systems and software for data analysis, modeling, and presentations.

Collaborative work with team members and stakeholders across various departments.

Occasional requirement for extended periods of sitting and concentration.
