Key Responsibilities :
- Venue Activation & Brand Experience : Oversee the launch and continued engagement strategies for Puttery venues in New York and Miami, ensuring a vibrant and unique customer experience.
- Marketing & Brand Growth : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute localized campaigns that drive foot traffic, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer loyalty.
- Operational Excellence : Develop and implement best practices to optimize workflows, enhance service standards, and ensure operational efficiency in both locations.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability : Identify new revenue opportunities, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control strategies to improve profitability.
