REPORTS TO: Manager on Duty (MOD)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The Entertainment Coordinators (ECs) are the face of Putting Edge to our guests. They must ensure each guest receives exceptional service and has a fun experience.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high customer enjoyment and satisfaction
- Up-selling special promotional offers
- Follow all Putting Edge policies and procedures
- Regular cleaning of the facility to ensure it is clean and well maintained at all times
- Identify any Health & Safety issues and report to MOD
- Other duties as may be assigned by the MOD
WORKING HOURS: The Entertainment Coordinator must be available to primarily work weekend shifts. On occasion, the EC may also be required to work weekday shifts.
Successful Candidates will have:

- strong customer service, problem-solving and mediation skills
- excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated ability to multi-task in busy operational situations
- dependable transportation
