Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the golf shop, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee shift management, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and operational needs are met.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet budget goals.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout that enhances the shopping experience.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
- Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role, preferably in a golf or sporting goods environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
