As the Senior Director, Talent Development you will be responsible for creating and implementing a company-wide talent management & development strategy designed to support our strategic priorities. Responsible for developing and implementing core HR talent processes, associate training, leadership development, and internal mobility strategies and initiatives. This includes goal setting, performance management, talent assessment and calibration, leadership and top talent development, succession planning and associate engagement. This strategic role focuses on enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce to drive business success and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Position Summary
As the Senior Director, Talent Development you will be responsible for creating and implementing a company-wide talent management & development strategy designed to support our strategic priorities. Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
- Partner with leaders to assess training needs company-wide; develop, refine, and implement customized training and development strategies and create scalable development solutions across the organization.
- Manage, build, and develop a team across Field Training and Talent Development
- Build strong partnerships with our senior leadership team while working across both Home Office and Venues to create frameworks to support the development and engagement of multiple associate groups.
- Strategically identify and prioritize new opportunities and utilize existing opportunities to improve training measures and oversee the team in creation, curation, and communication of formal training programs.
- Build and lead a high-performance team, providing coaching and development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence.
- Develop methods for gathering and analyzing data (e.g. DE&I data, engagement survey results, feedback from associate listening sessions, etc.) and external benchmarks to provide insight and recommendations to business leaders, related to our culture, values and associate sentiment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives, resources, and tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, cost reductions, or increases in budget.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate innovative techniques into the development programs.
- Drive the identification, assessment, development, and delivery for talent development solutions for the organization, integrating competency frameworks, company core values and leadership behaviors and tying focus areas to business strategy, priorities, and needs.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning and development, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing learning and development teams and projects.
- Experience creating scalable, innovative, and creative Learning & Development solutions serving the needs of both a corporate setting and a venue/restaurant environment. Must be an outside the box thinker who has proven success in building programs.
- Experience in developing leadership development frameworks across an organization.
- Strong knowledge and skills in learning design, development, delivery, and evaluation methods and tools.
- Knowledge of instructional design methods and use of ADDIE model and core learning theories, frameworks, assessments, etc.
- Experience implementing Learning Management Systems and other learning technologies.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across different levels and functions within the organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- High energy, results-oriented, with a resourceful mindset.
- Passion for learning and development and commitment to excellence and innovation.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- This position must pass a post-offer background.
- Physical activities on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; frequent use of telephone/video conferencing and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means.
