Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating patient care delivery in a hospital setting, ensuring adherence to hospital standards and protocols. Must have a kind heart and be a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead nursing staff in providing quality patient care
- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs for appropriate care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform IV insertions and manage IV therapy
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education to patients and families on health management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with CMS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement
