Puyallup Chocolates is seeking a skilled and dynamic eCommerce Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Shopify online store, including developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing product listings, optimizing website functionality, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience to maximize online sales and achieve business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive Puyallup Chocolates revenue growth in ecommerce channel
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including promotions and marketing initiatives
- Lead execution of ecommerce campaigns : objectives, testing plans, metrics, dependencies, timelines, and budget requirements
- Execute the day-to-day management, optimization, and maintenance of the online store ensuring a high functioning, user-friendly navigation and optimal customer experience
- Develop and execute direct email campaigns including design, segmentation, automation, A / B testing, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions
- Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), refine strategies based on data insights, and implement best practices to improve email effectiveness and customer retention.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues and monitor / respond to any security breaches
- Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies and tactics; conduct testing to improve website elements and promotional offers to maximize conversion rates
- Manage all content updates provided by marketing team
- Create compelling product descriptions, update product information, and optimize product listings for search engines
- Monitor sales performance, analyze customer data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform decision-making
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and website functionality
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
- Proactively review best practices, trends, and competitive activities; recommend and implement scalable changes as appropriate
- Evaluate competitors' websites, follow industry best practices
- Identify opportunities for improvements, identify potential areas of risk, and promptly share critical business information with key stakeholders to maximize results throughout Puyallup Chocolates
- Coordinate effective teamwork and use all company resources efficiently to promote superior financial results for Puyallup Chocolates; maintain Puyallup Chocolates equipment and assets to maximize ROI
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with all employees, vendors, business partners, government / regulatory entities, and communities in which we operate
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive and proprietary business information and safeguard Puyallup Chocolates assets at all times
