This RN or LPN management position is a Resident Care Manager, this position is 40 hours a week, but we pride ourselves in allowing employees a work/life balance so they can be their best for both. There is an obligation to be on call 1 weekend every month.
This is a very rewarding job. As a Resident Care Managers you are responsible to over see the clincal care of your residents and manage the nursing staff on your unit. You work closely with the physicians and nursing management team to make sure we are providing quality care and making our facility the best place for residents to live and the best place for staff to work!
