What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budget Analysis Support Specialist position at Puyenpa?
The Puyenpa family of companies are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. We are actively seeking a Budget Analysis Support Specialist based in Washington D.C. This position is onsite and has a duration of six months with the possibility of being extended. Pre Employment Drug Screen will be Required.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team supporting our efforts with a transitioning government entity. The main responsibilities of the role include :
- Contractor shall assist in performing reviews, track, and validate funds to present to the Budget Analyst / Acting Funds Manager for certification / approval.
- Review bills, invoices, and credit card statements for payment.
- Review Intra-Governmental Payments and Collections (IPACs).
- Perform cleanup of open obligations from the prior fiscal year.
- Assist with the Management Printing Program.
- Assist with the management of reimbursable travel activities.
- Run ad hoc reports in EOP financial systems as directed by Government staff.
- Create G-Invoicing / manual Interagency agreements.
