We are actively seeking a Physical Security Division PIV Support Specialist based in Washington D.C. This position is onsite and has a duration of four months with the possibility of being extended.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our client’s team supporting their efforts with a transitioning government entity. The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Contractor shall assist OA Physical Security with the issuance of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards to incoming staff.
- Assist in the registration process for PIV cards by verifying basic applicant information and collect required biometric information for card issuance.
- Help maintain secure records of issued PIV cards and PII.
- Provide support in answering or escalating applicant questions under supervision.
- Support general operational, administrative & clerical tasks.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Personal Identity Verification (PIV) or Common Access Card (CAC) issuance preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) services for access management, such as PIV enrollment and registration services, must be compliant with and meet all requirements established in the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002, NIST guidance, HSPD-12 policy, and OMB Memorandum 06-18, as well as comply with all required acquisition guidelines and the Federal Acquisition Regulation for these services.
