Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an active KYlicense. This is a Part-Time position in a SNF facility/facilities located in/around Elizabethtown.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited nursing school
- Active state license and DEA license in good standing
- 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (post-acute care experience preferred)
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, Intelligent, Motivated, Team Player
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
