Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an active VA license. This is a Full-Time position in a SNF facility/facilities.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Patient visits
- Follow the approved care plan for each patient
- Ensure exceptional inpatient care in a post-acute care setting
- Patient volume is approximately 25-30 patients each day

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited nursing school
- Active state license and DEA license in good standing
- 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (post-acute care experience preferred)
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, Intelligent, Motivated, Team Player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
