What You’ll Do :
- Respond to and resolve advanced technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage escalated tickets from Help Desk I technicians and prioritize resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and devices.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to Help Desk I team members.
- Document solutions and contribute to a growing knowledge base.
- Assist in deploying new technologies and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
