Job Summary:
The Office Manager at Pure Dental Spa is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The Office Manager will manage office staff, handle patient relations, and ensure all administrative processes align with the company’s standards for exceptional service and comfortable care. This position plays a critical role in maintaining an organized, productive, and patient-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, workflows, and team coordination.
- Ensure functionality of office equipment, systems, and address maintenance needs.
- Hire, train, and manage front desk and clinical staff, including scheduling and performance.
- Address patient concerns, optimize patient experience, and resolve disputes diplomatically.
- Monitor financial performance, assist with billing, and manage office incentive program.
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations, HIPAA, and office policies.
- Maintain staff records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Report regularly to COO on office performance and key metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage office facilities and external provider relationships.
- Identify operational improvements and participate in special projects for office growth.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience managing a dental office operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, etc.) is preferred.
- Bilingual skills (a plus).
