What you'll do :
We are looking for a Regional Manager of RV Operations to oversee the performance of RV park managers and communities. The role acts as a liaison for The Freedom Group corporate office and serves as the eyes and ears of the organization in the field. The Regional Manager will oversee 7-10 managers and sites while supporting the organization when new communities are acquired. The ideal A player has attention to detail and ensures that through their managers the RV communities meet company and customer expectations.
Job Duties :
- Manage 7-10 managers to standardize all RV parks.
- Travel to parks or corporate at least 50% of the time.
- Maintain collection rate of 98%.
- Achieve NPS score of at least 30 for each managed location.
- Train managers on required software.
- Seek occupancy and incremental revenue generating opportunities.
- Collaborate with corporate team to develop SOPs.
- Ensure managers are billing and collecting effectively.
- Conduct walk-throughs with managers to observe standards.
- Ensure cleanliness at managed properties.
- Assist with the onboarding of new communities.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure park occupancy needs are advertised effectively.
- Strive to transform every interaction into a memorable and meaningful experience for our guests / tenants, employees, investors, and partners.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing successful RV properties.
- Previous experience managing multiple locations.
- Multi-tasking, great customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to establish rapport.
- Experience with Resnexus or similar system.
- Computer savvy-able to use Google Suite.
- Positive attitude, professional presentation, and ability to create partnerships within the industry.
- Strong organizational skills, self-directed, and effective in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Minimum 40% travel spread over 7 states.
- Clean driving record with valid driver’s license.
