Daily requirements of reviewing CD / HUD documents

Detail orientation required

Answering phones and e-mails promptly

Self-organization required

Basic title knowledge

Cloud-based Software

Paperless files

Qualifications

5 years' title / closing experience

Strong customer service skills

Deep-rooted common sense

Passion for being the best

Ability to adapt, and be diverse

Ability to multi-task is a must

Quick learner, a plus
