Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be capable of applying their strong understanding of accounting principles to daily data entry and organizational tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the department contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Document Management : Scan and organize financial and administrative documents.
  • Supply Management : Organize and order office supplies as needed.
  • Mail and Deposits : Perform regular post office runs, deposit checks, and update accounts receivable records.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, post expenses, contact customers regarding outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Support : Post packing slips and assist with parts inventory documentation.
  • Collaboration : Provide assistance as needed in accounting and clerical support functions.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Previous experience in accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and general accounting software
  • Familiarity with rental services or parts inventory
  • Skills / Competencies :

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues effectively
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changes in processes, technology, and business requirements
