Job Summary
This is a entry level job.
The Service Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of our service department. This position involves assisting with various tasks related to rigging equipment for load/unload, testing equipment and whatever else service needs. Help in Parts with cycle counting, checking in parts, shipping parts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mechanical knowledge and customer service skills, ensuring that all service and parts requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Assist in inventory and logistics within the warehouse to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
- Support technicians by preparing materials and tools as needed.
- Collaborate with technicians to facilitate diagnostics and repairs.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to move products and materials within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all duties.
- Perform Cycle counts in a timely manner
- Check incoming parts in.
- Prepare outgoing parts and equipment
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Strong counting ability
- Competence in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members

Pay: $17.88 - $19.81 per hour
