PVHardware is seeking an Earthworks Civil Engineer to perform grading and topographical analysis and assist technical department with CAD drawings and layouts.
PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!
Responsibilities:
- Perform grading and topographical analysis and assist technical department with CAD drawings and layouts.
- Conduct topographical and grading analyses to inform design decisions.
- Perform slope and terrain analysis to ensure optimal site development.
- Develop and produce detailed CAD layouts, including piling and structural foundations.
- Support the technical team with design optimization using engineering principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions efficiently.
- Assist in layout optimization for solar PV installations.
- Ensure CAD and design outputs meet quality and project standards.
- Provide input for design improvement through feedback and site data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- English fluency required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Construction plans experience.

Regular Contacts:
- Regular interaction with internal teams (engineering, project management, sales).
- Occasional interface with external clients or stakeholders to clarify technical aspects.
