What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electromechanical Technician position at PVH - PVHardware?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electromechanical Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
PV Hardware (PVH) is a leading provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market. Our product portfolio includes trackers, fixed structures, and SCADA systems, designed to optimize the performance and reliability of solar energy projects worldwide.
Qualifications :
- High school or equivalent technical certification.
- 5 years of proven experience as a machinery maintenance technician. Highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous work with GMAO is preferred.
- Knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, electricity and mechanic. Highly preferred.
- Electrical diagrams interpretation.
- Must be fluent in English and preferably has some Spanish speaking skills.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in different shifts.
