We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Press Machine Operator to support our production team in the Houston factory.

Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent technical certification.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience operating a press machine in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, processing steel.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Must be fluent in English and preferably has some Spanish speaking skills.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, stamping equipment to stamp metals materials adhering to engineering drawings and job instructions.
- Material Preparation: Review work orders and select appropriate raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Tooling and Fixture Setup: Install and align stamping dies as required for each job, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Inspect workpieces during and after the machining process to ensure adherence to dimensional and visual specifications. Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Programming and Setup: Program and set up computer numerical control (CNC) machines for cutting, profiling, and stamping operations, optimizing productivity and accuracy.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts. Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, machine settings, and quality checks. Report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
- Safety and Compliance: adherence to safety guidelines and regulations at all times. Identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
