Pvolve is seeking a dynamic, trend-aware CONTENT CREATOR & EDITOR based in Los Angeles to join our team. The focus of this role is 80% shooting and editing high-quality video content for social media and paid ads and 20% photography and video production for web and email.
We’re looking for a multi-talented individual who can ideate, produce, shoot, and edit compelling content at a variety of production scales—from small, scrappy shoots to medium and large productions—while staying aligned with Pvolve’s elevated brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation & Production
Develop creative concepts for video and photo shoots aligned with Pvolve’s marketing goals. Plan and execute shoots of varying sizes (small, medium, and large), capturing content on both iPhone and professional-grade cameras. Be resourceful and scrappy when needed, delivering high-quality results with minimal resources.
80% Focus : Rapidly create and edit engaging video content for organic social and paid campaigns, ensuring relevance with social trends. 20% Focus : Produce polished photography and video assets for web, CRM, and email marketing. Adapt content style and tone to align with platform-specific strategies, balancing raw, trending styles with Pvolve’s elevated brand aesthetics. Deliver final assets to stakeholders on tight timelines, ensuring reviews and approvals stay on track.
Streamline production and approval processes to maximize efficiency. Maintain and organize media files and production assets for easy access and collaboration across teams. Develop workflows to streamline content across the organization, with a specific focus on working with Pvolve trainer network.
