What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at PVS Detroit?
Key responsibilities (May include but not limited to) :
- Receive and review orders (verbal, faxed, mailed, electronic) , dispatch and process in a timely manner
- Invoicing of customers
- Order product from various vendors to fulfill orders / stock
- Verify and maintain inventories for each market
- Reporting non-conformance's via the Service Report System
- Managing accounts in cooperation with Sales Representatives
- Process customer requests
- Continual system and process review and improvement
- Provide assistance in general office administration
- Work within shift of operation hours of 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Will need to be flexible to change in schedule.
- Continually exceed the expectations of our customers and vendors.
Required Education / Training / Equivalent Experience (Prior to hire / transfer) :
OJT (Required within the initial employment period - varies per position and experience) :

Salary : Dependent on experience; $45,000 - $48,000
