Description
A shift leader at Bojangles is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a restaurant during their shift. Their duties include:
- Customer service: Greeting customers, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Team management: Leading, motivating, and coaching employees, and ensuring they follow company policies
- Food and supplies: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring food quality and safety
- Restaurant cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Cash control: Handling cash and managing cash drops
- Shift schedule: Managing the shift schedule and dealing with no-shows
- Training: Training new staff and developing team members
