Accounting and Auditing firm is hiring an experienced professional who has 5 years of professional office administrative or paralegal experience. The qualified candidate is organized, detail oriented and manages multiple tasks effectively.
Responsible for coordinating with the Administrative Director, providing great client service qualifications and support to the office team.
Other responsibilities of the role will include:
- Interacting with clients on the phone or in person and resolving their questions.
- Providing invoices to clients, process billing and assisting clients with questions about their invoice / payment.
- Onboarding new clients, processing tax documentation and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Following up with clients on deliverables and utilizing different sites to obtain the client paperwork.
- Client portal management along with updating and maintaining client records in the accounting software.
The ideal candidate possesses strong time-management and communication skills, has extensive experience utilizing Excel and Adobe, and collaborates well with colleagues and clients.
This full time position offers a competitive hourly wage and a full benefits package. Typical business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. along with some Saturdays and extended business hours during busy season.
