Job Summary:
The internship will be based in our Little Rock, AR corporate headquarters and report to the CFO. This paid intern will gain business experience and do a variety of tasks over a summer internship working primarily with our Accounting and Marketing departments.
Job Description:
- Assist billing department with daily customer invoices.
- Support Accounting department with daily document scanning.
- Help with Accounting department’s special projects.
- Work with Marketing department on customer files.
- Aid with data cleanup in our ERP system.
- Additional special projects and duties as assigned.
Demonstrated Skill in:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, follow direction, and multi-task when needed.
- Analytical and planning skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills in using Microsoft Office and ability to do data entry.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
- Ability to do a summer internship in Little Rock, AR starting in June 2025.
- Able to do a 32-hour work week.
Essential Functions:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
