Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and/or proven record of success in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in the areas of energy/commodities trading and risk management, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:

• Physical Commodities (Oil, Fuels, NGLs, Natural Gas, LNG, Coal, Metals, Agriculture, Power, Freight, and other bulk commodities);
• Risk strategy and policies;
• Compliance requirements;
• Organizational and process design for Front, Middle, and Back Office operations; and,
• Energy/Commodities Trading and Risk Management systems (including, but not limited to, OpenLink Endur & RightAngle, Allegro, SAP, eka, FIS, TriplePoint, Brady, Amphora). Demonstrates thorough level of abilities and/or proven record of success in implementing process improvement solutions and trading and risk management systems, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:
• Physical Commodities (Oil, Fuels, NGLs, Natural Gas, LNG, Coal, Metals, Agriculture, Power, Freight, and other bulk commodities);
• Risk strategy and policies;
• Compliance requirements;
• Organizational and process design for Front, Middle, and Back Office operations; and,
• Energy/Commodities Trading and Risk Management systems (including, but not limited to, OpenLink Endur & RightAngle, Allegro, SAP, eka, FIS, TriplePoint, Brady, Amphora).
• Supporting both functional and technical CTRM / ETRM projects focusing on process improvement, assessments and implementation of solutions such as Allegro, RightAngle, Endur, SAP and other similar tools;
• Identifying and addressing client needs;
• Participating actively in client discussions and meetings;
• Communicating a broad range of firm services;
• Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;
• Performing as a team leader;
• Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;
• Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner;
• Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
• Conducting business analysis, including functional and/or technical design;
• Leveraging PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes, where applicable; and,
• Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
