The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. - Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client needs
- Mentor and coach junior staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Inspire and motivate team members to deliver quality results
- Utilize analytical judgment to solve complex problems
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years with at least 2 years in Duck Creek Billing experience
- Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Billing
- Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred
- Associate in Claims (AIC) preferred
- Associate in Underwriting (AU) preferred
- Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) preferred
- Associate in Insurance (AINS) preferred
- Business Analyst (CBAP) certification preferred
- Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) certification preferred
